Services
In collaboration with numerous companies, we help them with bringing their product to the market. In addition, we are also specialized in optimizing existing processes and/or moulds to achieve the highest efficiency. A recent trend, for example, is to convert metal parts into plastic parts. We are also able to advise you during this conversion in for example which material and product options to use. This conversion is one of the many possibilities of using plastic. That is why we offer a range of services to ensure that your needs are met. You ask and we deliver.

Fleur Plastics supports companies in the development, production and finishing of plastic products. Whether you are starting with an initial idea, already have a technical design or want to transfer an existing mould to a new injection moulding partner, we contribute wherever needed.
From product design and engineering to mould making, plastic injection moulding, prototyping and assembly, we bring the different stages together. This keeps communication lines short and ensures that design, material selection, mould construction and production are properly aligned.
Product Design and Engineering
A successful plastic product starts with a design that is not only functional, but also suitable for injection moulding. That is why we contribute at an early stage on product geometry, wall thicknesses, draft angles, material selection, tolerances and cost efficiency.
Small design optimisations can often prevent production issues later in the process. Functions such as mounting points, clips, reinforcing ribs or guide features can also be integrated directly into the plastic component. This can reduce the number of separate parts and simplify assembly.
Whether you approach us with an idea, sketch, CAD file or existing product, we help translate it into a technically and economically feasible plastic product.
Prototyping
Before a final injection mould is manufactured, it can be valuable to create a prototype. This makes it possible to test the product’s shape, dimensions, assembly and functionality early in the development process.
Depending on the product and the purpose of the test, we advise on a suitable prototyping method, such as 3D printing, CNC machining or silicone moulding for small series. A prototype helps identify potential improvements before they need to be incorporated into a steel production mould.
This reduces risk in the next stages of the project and creates a stronger foundation for stable series production.
Mould Making
The mould is the foundation of every injection moulded product. It is the steel tool into which heated plastic is injected under high pressure. Once the material has cooled, the product is ejected and the cycle begins again.
A high-quality injection mould requires more than the correct product shape. The gate location, cooling system, parting line, ejection system and any slides or other moving components must all be carefully designed. Together, these factors determine how reliably, efficiently and consistently a product can be manufactured.
Fleur Plastics manages the full mould-making process. Depending on the product, required volumes and available budget, a mould can be manufactured in the Netherlands or Asia. The injection moulding production itself takes place in Boxtel.
We can also work with existing injection moulds. We assess the mould, carry out a trial run and align the process with the required product quality.
Plastic Injection Moulding
Plastic injection moulding is an efficient production method for manufacturing identical plastic components in medium to high volumes. During the process, thermoplastic material is heated and injected into a mould under high pressure. After cooling, the mould opens and the product is ejected.
Injection moulding is suitable for a wide range of applications, from packaging and consumer products to technical components for machinery, construction and equipment manufacturing. With a stable process, the right material selection and a well-designed mould, products can be manufactured accurately and consistently.
For every product, we establish a dedicated injection moulding process. During production, relevant process parameters are monitored and recorded, while products are checked against agreed quality requirements. This supports consistent quality, reliable dimensions and a predictable production process.
Assembly of Plastic Products
In addition to injection moulding, we also provide assembly and post-processing services. This means we can deliver not only individual injection moulded parts, but also assembled and ready-to-use end products.
Examples include combining plastic parts, adding purchased components, seals, clips, instructions or packaging. Quality inspections and simple post-processing operations can also be included in the process.
By organising production, assembly and packaging in one location, unnecessary transport and additional handling can be reduced. This makes the process more efficient, can shorten lead times and helps streamline the overall supply chain.
One Partner for Plastic Products
Every plastic project is different. Sometimes it starts with an initial idea, while in other cases a product design or existing mould is already available. Fleur Plastics joins the process at the point where support is needed and helps guide the project towards reliable production.
From design and material selection to mould making, plastic injection moulding and assembly, we combine technical knowledge with practical production experience. This helps you realise plastic products efficiently, consistently and in line with their intended application.
